1929 Model A Depot. OVERDRIVE 4 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION--HYDRAULIC BRAKES--F100 55 FORD TRUCK STEERING--MODERN TUBE SHOCKS--12 VOLTS--TURN SIGNALS--RADIAL TIRES--RADIATOR STONE GUARD--SEAT BELTS--AND MORE. This is a nice clean car with a rumble seat ready for you to drive and not be spending all your time restoring and hunting down parts or buying new parts that don't fit or work. The paint is a Washington blue body, black fenders, straw wheels, and straw pin striping. All the chrome is and paint are in excellent condition. The upholstery is Lebarron Bonney as correct for the year. The wheels are 1935 Ford wire spokes with Dunlop radial front tires and 700-16 Goodrich bias ply rear. It has 39 to 48 Ford hydraulic brakes utilizing early Ford V8 spindles up front. Modern tubes shocks are neatly mounted on front and rear. Headlights have the proper fluted lens and upgraded bulbs for better vision. The horn sounds and works like a Model A horn should. Turn signals have been installed using a modern system so lights and brakes flash correctly. A 1955 Ford F100 steering box has been installed keeping the stock Model A steering columns and steering wheel. The vehicle is 12 volt with a converted 12 volt starter and GM alternator. A breakerless distributor having both centrifical and vac advance has been installed and works quite well. A leakless water pump is incorporated along with a pressurized radiator with water recovery tank. A 10.5 gallon rear gas tank has been installed for those long trips and the owner does not use the original gastank. Solid oak floorboards were custom made for the new transmission and brake system. A new inch downdraft carburetor with A C & R exhaust headers add to the engine performance. The engine has a 'B' grind cam. The engine is clean and runs quite well. The rear end has 3.78 gears. The original engine is available if wanted. along an extra breakerless distributor for those who like to use the spark control rod. I aLso have spare motor and bellhousing that go with car.
