| Description: Beautiful customized 1957 Ford clone of the Buddy Alcorn car built by Dick Jackson of Compton, Ca. that appeared in the 1958 Custom Cars Magazine, (I have the magazine). Painted maroon with gold scallops and pin striping, restyling included the installation of a reworked 54 Chevy grill, installation of a Fairlane 500 rear bumper, removal of exterior door handles in favor of electric solenoids, frenching the headlights and installation of chrome rims from a 56 Ford pickup, Buick portholes inserted into the top of the hood, side mounted lake pipes, lowered front and rear, tuck and roll interior, AM/FM Cassette player, duel dummy spotlights, new whitewall tires and chrome rims and baby moon hub caps, I do have the Dodge Lancer Hubcaps, the engine is a 292 with 4-barrel carb and Offenhauser Aluminum valve covers/air cleaner/coil an voltage regulator cover, it is an automatic transmission, I have added a electric fan, Tach, oil, water temp and volt gauges and an electric fuel pump as a backup to the manual pump if needed, also added air shocks on the rear, also added the Ford Power Brake booster. It is all tuned up and ready to go.
