| Description: 1964 Buick Skylark Convertible 300 cubic inch aluminum V8 with 4 barrell carb and automatic transmission. The engine , transmission and brakes had been overhauled by the previous owner. he decided to sell it when it came time to do the body work. The body and interior has been professionally restored. About the only thing not done was that the body did not come off the frame. It has been returned to mostly stock except for a few upgrades. Flow master dual exhaust, Larger front sway bar for much improved cornering, Leather wrapped steering wheel that is a little smaller than stock which is a vast improement. I do have the original steering wheel, which is in excellent condition. The paint is basecoat/clearcoat that has been polished to a mirror finish. The color itself is very close to the original turquoise. It is a late model Chrysler color that has a little more metallic and depth, but looks very correct for this car. The top is brand new and was installed by experts that have been in business for over 50 years. New ball joints and bushings have been replced in the front suspension. THe carpet is new and the vinyl interior is very nice. The tires are brand new white letter Uniroyals with ralley wheels off a 65 Buick GS. This car has a little over 93000 miles. It looks, sounds, drives, and runs fantastic. Click here to contact seller |
