Description: 1967Jeep Kaiser M725 Military AmbulanceVietnam-era 5/4 ton truck. 15,000 total miles on chassis. These originally had an inline Jeep engine and standard transmission; this particular vehicle was fitted with small block Chevy (305) and GM automatic transmission by previous owner. Original Dana axles, sealed ball joints for fording, very beefy frame and 4X4 drive system. 5.87 rear axle ratio; can grunt through about everything. I have moved and no longer have acreage on which to drive it. Normal condition for this type vehicle -- been repainted, a couple of dents but little to no rust. Had elective work (wasn't needed but I wanted certain things done) by heavy truck shop with proper tools and techniques for high torque specs etc. Transmission uses a little fluid, through gasket I think. Original radiator clean but undersized for engine in hot weather, so I have avoided anything beyond easy cruising in summers.
